Longtime Seal Beach resident Dan Heller has been promoted by Washington’s Ste. Michelle Wine Estates to the role of executive vice president, sales, effective September 1. He succeeds Frank Genovese, who is retiring after nearly 18 years with the company. Since joining Ste. Michelle in 1985, Heller has held a variety of roles, most recently serving as senior vice president, national sales manager.
For many years he was the Southern California sales manager and lived in Seal Beach during that time with his wife Sharon. Their two children, Jessica and Jace, attended Los Alamitos High where they payed soccer and lacrosse.
Besides its namesake brand Chateau Ste. Michelle also produces or distributes the 14 Hands, Stags Leap and Columbia Crests brands.
