The Sun has announced the City has reached a settlement with Rocky Gentner, a resident on the Hill who last year cut down 153 Brazilian pepper trees behind in his house in Gum Grove Park.

At the time Gentner told the OC Register, in a brief phone interview,  “they weren’t trees, they were bushes and they were dead,” a fact disputed by an arborist who had recently looked at the trees.
