Assemblymember Tyler Diep (R-Westminster, but he covers our area) introduced legislation prohibiting private companies from selling appointment time slots at the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Cypress College holds groundbreaking ceremony Feb. for new Science, Engineering & Math building

Cypress College will host a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the beginning of construction on its new Science, Engineering & Math (SEM) building on Friday, February 8, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. The event is free and open to the public, though reservations are requested. 

Congressmen Lowenthal and Young reintroduce bipartisan WILD Act to protect threatened species and habitats

Congressmen Alan Lowenthal (CA-47) and Don Young (AK-At Large) re-introduced the Wildlife Innovation and Longevity Driver (WILD) Act, a bipartisan bill containing measures to conserve threatened wildlife and wild places around the world.
